Complex is a good thing?
Just hearing that something is complex or complicated is enough to send chills down most people’s spines. Pile management on top of that and you have a recipe for intimidation. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
Complex simply means consisting of many different and connected parts. This sounds a lot like what modern managers are asked to do: manage many different and connected parts.
Not to worry. My job is to empower you by making managing these many different and connected parts approachable and maybe even, easy? It’s not too much to ask for.
I use an organization-specific, behavior-focused, derived from management science approach to evaluate organizations and managers and provide tools that managers can apply in their organizations long after you don’t need me anymore. My goal is to empower you and your organization to be successful in meeting your goals.
What I can do for you:
