Complex is a good thing?

Just hearing that something is complex or complicated is enough to send chills down most people’s spines. Pile management on top of that and you have a recipe for intimidation. But it doesn’t have to be that way.

Complex simply means consisting of many different and connected parts. This sounds a lot like what modern managers are asked to do: manage many different and connected parts.

Not to worry. My job is to empower you by making managing these many different and connected parts approachable and maybe even, easy? It’s not too much to ask for.

I use an organization-specific, behavior-focused, derived from management science approach to evaluate organizations and managers and provide tools that managers can apply in their organizations long after you don’t need me anymore. My goal is to empower you and your organization to be successful in meeting your goals.

What I can do for you:

#1. Comprehensive Organizational Assessments

  • Assessments simplify management by providing a starting place
  • Cultural assessments reviewing the current state of your culture
  • Process maturity assessments to guide your performance excellence next steps

#2. Strategic Planning, Advising and Facilitation

  • The fastest way to reduce complexity in your organization is to have a crystal clear vision of who you are, what you do, and why you do it
  • Vision is great, but planning makes vision a reality

#3. Performance Excellence Program Development

  • Customized program tailored to your organization’s strengths and weaknesses
  • Identification and development of key metrics and dashboards

#4. Management Efficiency Coaching and Training

  • Custom curriculum development focused on your organization’s professional development needs and goals
  • Hands-on, outcome oriented approach to immediately usable business tools and concepts
