The First Step is Always the Hardest. Or so I am told.

The first conversation is focused on where you are and what your needs are.

Frequently Asked Questions

#1. Where do we start?

Our first conversation will be all about you: where you are as a manager, what your vision for your organization is, what challenges you are encountering, what is the overall complexity you are grappling with. From there, I will recommend our next steps. Don’t worry, I will make sure you are on board and in the know with anything I do for you or your organization.

#2. What if I want more than Lean Six Sigma?

Great news! I know more than Lean Six Sigma. My viewpoint is that each recommendation and solution MUST be tailored to the organization. This is why we always start with a conversation about you and your organization’s goals.

#3. What happens after the org assessment?

My comprehensive organizational maturity assessment provides leaders with an in-depth understanding of the complexity in your organization by assessing culture, process and metrics maturity, interpersonal relationships, and overall organizational health.

Once all participants complete the assessment, these results are aggregated into a report that removes any identifying information and provides you with insights and recommendations for the next steps.

#4. What if I am not ready for a committment?

That’s ok too. I am good with being casual. In all seriousness, I understand that time and investments are large conversations, so if you want to learn or do more with limited resources, I offer online training or custom offerings to ensure I am supporting you with what you need.
